Another day, another addition to the Hollywood mommy clique – actress Alyssa Milano is pregnant! Milano, 38, is expecting her first child with her husband, Dave Bugliari, 32.

"They're just over the moon," a Milano friend told People. "They are so excited."

Milano confirmed the news on Tuesday afternoon. "Yes, it's true. And we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your warm wishes and love!"Milano tweeted.

Milano and Creative Artists agent Bugliari married in 2009 after dating for three years.

Milano isn't secretive about her desire to be a mom.

"Sooner rather than later, considering I'm 37! So they'll have to be soon," the Charmed actress told MSN last year. "I wish I had another 10 years just to be with [my husband] and just focus on the two of us, but you know, whatever God gives us, whenever!"

And it seems like it's a good time in their relationship to have a child -- Milano can't stop gushing about her hubby of almost two years.

"My husband. He's awesome!" she said. "Nothing's different, nothing's changed. I hear that question a lot, though. People have asked me since I got married, 'so has your relationship changed?' And it really hasn't. It's the exact same thing. Of course, we don't have kids yet, so that would probably change the relationship."

Looks like she'll find out soon enough -- she's reportedly due in the fall.

Alyssa Milano showed off her baby bump at the February 23 Hall Pass premiere. The 38-year-old wore a black and gray tied dress with black hose and silver and black bracelets.

This is the first child for the former Charmed star and her husband, talent agent David Bugliari.

"I'll tell you I was very happy to be out of my first trimester," Milano told E! Online. "I think that's the scariest time because you always have it in the back of your head that you could miscarriage at any point. So I would say that was my scariest time. Now that I'm out of that, I'm like, 'Woohoo!'"

She also confesses her pregnancy craving: Broccoli! "I can't even consider that a craving because it's so odd. I can't get enough broccoli!"

The former Who's the Boss star says she can't wait to find out the sex -- and she plans on sharing the news! "Who cares?" she said. "Why would you keep that a secret?"

Milano says she is preparing for parenthood by spending time with her parents. "As soon as I got pregnant I just didn't want to leave my mother's side. The amount of time I've spent with my parents since I've been pregnant? I think it's because I want to soak up their brains."

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth exchanged vows Saturday evening in front of 100 guests, including Renee Zellweger, Tobey Maguire, Alyssa Milano, Robert Downey Jr. and Salma Hayek, according to E! News.

Witherspoon wore a custom-designed Monique Lhuillier gown as she walked down the aisle to Here Comes the Bride, according to US Weekly. Toth made his entrance to Tennessee Waltz. The couple's pastor, Reverend Jimmy Bartz, conducted the 20-minute ceremony, and the pair exchanged custom wedding bands from jeweler William Goldberg.

Witherspoon's best friend, Heather Rosenfield, served as matron of honor, and Witherspoon's two children -- Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7 -- took on duties, too. Witherspoon's nieces served as flower girls, according to the magazine.

The wedding took place at Witherspoon's sprawling Ojai Valley, California, estate, which the actress purchased in 2008 for almost $7 million. The ceremony was closely guarded by security, and wedding planner Yifat Oren set up a tent to keep guests out of the elements, according to Celebrity Bride Guide's Christina Simpson. Inside, rustic-themed decor and plenty of flowers set the mood.

No word on where Witherspoon and Toth are planning to honeymoon, but we're sure the locale is going to be just as posh as the wedding ceremony.

Former Who's The Boss actress Alyssa Milano gave birth to a son Wednesday, named Milo Thomas. Baby Milo -- the first child for Milano and her husband, David Bugliari -- made his debut at 9:27 a.m and weighs 7 lbs., and measures 19 inches long.

It seemed like Milano was pregnant forever, though she only announced she was expecting a boy in March.

"As fun as it was reading all of your gender predictions on Twitter, I'm really bad at keeping secrets and had to share ," the expectant actress, 38, wrote on her Web site in the spring.

"David and I are elated to announce that we are having a baby boy. We can't wait to meet him. Boys names, anyone?"

We think Milo Thomas is a pretty good choice.

Milano was excited about the prospect of having a boy, especially with her love of baseball. Her baby shower was even baseball themed -- it took place at a stadium during a game.

Plus, Milano and Bugliari knew he'd have a feisty personality, based on his constant action while still in the womb.

"Every time I get an ultrasound, he's doing really funny things like sucking his thumb or elbowing me," she told People earlier this summer.

Awww. She'll make a great mom. Congratulations to the happy parents!

She grew up in front of our eyes -- and now Alyssa Milano is a mom. The Charmed star gave birth to her first child in August, and now she's introducing him to the world in this week's issue of Us Weekly.

"Everything is going so well," Milano told the magazine. "David told me, 'It's like you were dropped off from Planet Mom!' I said, 'No, he's such a great baby, he's just making me look good!'"

Milo Thomas Bugliari weighed seven pounds and measured 19 inches long when he was born -- look at those chubby cheeks!

Milano married Bugliari in August 2009 -- and Milano says having a baby together has brought a whole new depth to their relationship.

"There is nothing like seeing the man you love with your child," she said. "The other day David was carrying him in a BabyBjorn while making work phone calls! It was so sweet and beautiful."

Milano announced her pregnancy in February, then let her fans know she was having a boy on Twitter in March.

Tracking several couples -- some romantically involved, some married, some strangers and others just friends -- brings to the screen a narrative similar to the successful 2010 vignette romantic comedy, Valentine's Day, which was also directed by Garry Marshall of Pretty Woman, Runaway Bride, Overboard and The Princess Diaries fame.

Cameos galore

Hollywood royalty Robert De Niro -- most convincingly -- plays a dying man who isn't so proud of his past. Halle Berry plays the nurse who doesn't want him to be alone on the most important night of the year, where everyone gets to hit the reset button on life.   Hilary Swank brings Oscar power to an over-achieving rookie in charge of the famed Times Square ball drop. Ludacris plays her work husband. He's so supportive and very cute in his role.

Josh Duhamel searches for his soul mate. Abigail Breslin -- Sarah Jessica Parker plays her mom -- tries to get her first kiss.

The most unlikely couple, Michelle Pfeiffer and Zac Efron, make for the most interesting pair, even if their storyline -- Pfeiffer enlists Efron, a near stranger, to help her complete a list of wishes on this last night of the year -- is a bit farfetched.

Sofia Vergara plays Katherine Heigl's saucy sous-chef and most certainly steals every scene, although her overly caliente take on life might feel like a stereotype to some.

Ashton Kutcher plays the cynical hipster . If we weren't so mad at Ashton right now, we'd say his bit is one of the cutest parts of the film. His character bumps into Glee's Lea Michele, who sings a beautiful song while trapped with him in an elevator. Lucky Lea .

I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride…!

Probably the biggest surprise in casting isn't a movie star at all, rather rocker Jon Bon Jovi as Heigl's estranged fiance. Wait a second, Jon Bon can act? We don't care! Seeing him in those tight black jeans and belting out two rocking songs is worth every moment.

Moms will love this shout out -- Seth Meyers and Jessica Biel face off with another couple to try to produce the city's first New Year's Eve baby.

In addition to those stars, Cary Elwes, Alyssa Milano, Common and so many others roll in so fast, you'll miss them if you look down for a handful of popcorn. So, stay sharp. This movie keeps you on your cameo-spotting toes.

Told with a similar comedic tone to Valentine's Day, this film also has a heartfelt sense of melancholy. If you like ensembles like Love Actually and He's Just Not That Into You but with lighter flair, you'll like this. You won't get a deep commentary on the meaning of life, but you will get in the mood for the last night of the year and hopefully embrace the idea that anything is possible, all you have to do is dream.

Bottom line: If you like celebrity spotting, romantic moments and seeing Jon Bon in tight black jeans , New Year's Eve is a sweet, cute, hopeful romantic comedy that will make a great date night for you.

New mom Alyssa Milano is happily sharing her breastfeeding story. The 38-year-old, who welcomed son Milo in August, has opened up about the experience to Best for Babes, a site dedicated to helping mothers make informed, guilt- and judgement-free decisions about breastfeeding.

"I think the thing I like best about breastfeeding is the closeness I feel to Milo and knowing that he's getting the best of me," said Alyssa Milano. "The biggest surprise was how something that is so natural can be so awkward in the beginning."

When asked about nursing in public Alyssa Milano replied, "I wish I could breastfeed in public without feeling as though a picture would show up on TMZ. I've breastfed Milo in my car numerous times and in fitting rooms at stores. But mostly, when we go out I bring a bottle of expressed milk because sadly, I'm just not comfortable feeding him in public."

I love Pink's tweets because she has always had a "tough girl" persona, but motherhood has definitely softened her -- for the better!

"Mom quote of the day…"It's not a criticism it's an observation,'"wrote Pink, who is the mommy of baby Willow.

"Oh lord, she's learned the back arch protest. I thought I had at least another year?" tweeted Pink on another day.

The singer also wrote about the passing of Whitney Houston. "Whitney was the reason many of us do what we do," she wrote. "A few stolen moments is all that we share. RIP"

Alyssa Milano

It didn't take long for her to re-connect with her Will & Grace co-star, Eric McCormack. "When do I get to smooch that face in person," she tweeted to him.

She may be a newbie, but she already learned the fine art of re-tweeting, starting with the Dalai Lama's deep twitter thought:

Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson is expecting her first child any day now -- and it sounds like her little peanut loves her singing! "A friend just sent me a video of me singing back in the day and the lil munchkin started moving like crazy!" she tweeted. "Let's hope it wasn't just gas!"

She also took to twitter to wish her father a happy birthday. "Happy Bday @PapaJoeSimpson!! I love you! I'm so proud to be your daughter!" she writes. "Your compassion, strength, and determination inspire me everyday!"

Alyssa Milano frequently writes about parenting her son, Milo. She took to twitter this week to defend breastfeeding in public to one of her twitter followers. One of the perks of being a celebrity mom is definitely the fashion perks! Alicia Keys tweeted about scoring a fab tee for her son, Egypt.

The recent Time magazine cover — which shows 26-year-old mom Lynne Grumet breastfeeding her almost 4-year-old son— continues to spark a large amount of controversy. Grumet defends her position, claiming breastfeeding toddlers is natural. "People have to realize this is biologically normal," she said. "The more people see it, the more it'll become normal in our culture. That's what I'm hoping. I want people to see it."

Celebrity parents face both criticism and praise given their very public personas and many are weighing in on what is now known simply as the "Time magazine cover story."USA Today reports actress Alyssa Milanofound the cover disturbing, tweeting it was "exploitive and extreme." Milano continued, "You missed the mark," she said. "You're supposed to be making it easier for breastfeeding moms."

Hollywood.com reports Mayim Bialik, "who's the most well-known advocate of the [attachment] parenting style,"supports the controversial Time magazine cover. Bialik tweeted, "I am going to bat about this TIME cover photo for all of the amazing women who helped me be the mother I was."

Rush Limbaugh even got in on the discussion by making the cover story political. We won't get into those details here. Supermodel Joanna Krupa also took a stand against breastfeeding toddlers. E! News reports the model tweeted, "Breast feeding a 3 yr old is wrong! What's wrong w ppl!"

Singer Jewel is known as much for her unique, crooked-teeth smile as she is for her folksy songs, so it came as a surprise when she tweeted a photo of her new perfect teeth! The singer, who is playing June Carter Cash in a new Lifetime movie, wrote:

“Here I am as June in my trailer with her blue eyes and perfect teeth,” she tweeted, using the hashtag “ring of fire."

We have to admit, she looks gorgeous, however her new teeth are only temporary. “I am proud of my flaws and you should be too. Not only do I think my horrible snaggletooth is uniquely beautiful, it also comes in handy,” she recently told Jimmy Kimmell.

She also tweeted about her 10-month-old son, with the cool baby name of Kase.

“Here we are all moved in to our new house in Atlanta! Kase did great travelling. I did a 5 hour fitting, & tomorrow I record as 'June'! Fun” she wrote.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow caused a bit of controversy with this tweet when she was at a Jay-Z concert with friends:

“Ni**as in paris for real @mrteriusnash tyty, beehigh,” she wrote, with a link to Jay-Z on stage.

She then responded to one follower who wrote: “Okay or Not? [Gwyneth Paltrow} Tweets the N-Word.”

“Hold up. It’s the title of the song!” she quickly responded.

Gwyneth was referring to Jay-Z and Kanye West’s song, “"Ni**as in Paris,” however her tweet still raised some eyebrows. Do you think her tweet was appropriate?

She also tweeted a photo of her daughter, Apple, rocking out at her father’s Coldplay concert. Lucky girl!

“Take your daughter to work day,” wrote Gwyneth, with a link to a photo of her cute daughter.

Alyssa Milano

“No one better give me about being late to the #LAKings game,” tweeted Alyssa Milano. “Milo was stung by a bee. I had to take him to the emergency room. He's ok!”

She then responded to a follower who wrote: “BC Stanley Cup Investigation: Was Alyssa Milano wearing a bra at Game 3? We're not asking her!”

“My braless days are behind me,” she quipped back.

She also wrote about the death of writer Ray Bradbury. “I'm going to introduce my son to the public library today in honor of Ray Bradbury. #RIP” she tweeted.

Danica McKellar

Former Wonder Years star Danica McKellar has filed for divorce from her husband, composer Mike Verta. They have one child together, 1-1/2-year-old Draco Verta, and she is seeking joint custody.

“Thank you so much for all your love and support during a tough time!” she tweeted.

No word what caused the split, however she did give an idea on what is going on with her relationship with this tweet: “You cannot be lonely if you like the person you’re alone with. - Dr. Wayne Dyer.”

She also wrote about the joys of being a mom.

“Sometimes when we pose for a picture he tries to eat my face off,” she wrote with the hashtag... #lovebeingamommy and a link to a cute photo.

Bethenny Frankel

Bethenny Frankel has been on the rumor mill lately as she is reportedly divorcing her husband Jason — and is pregnant! Of course, all the publicity she is putting to good use to promote her new talk show. Judging by her tweets, however, she is neither divorcing nor pregnant!

“We just had skinnygirl white sangria with cut up fresh fruit. Such a pretty and refreshing summer cocktail!” she tweeted.

Would health-conscious Frankel drink while pregnant? We don’t think so!

As far as the rumored divorce, she tweeted: “Jason & I are at lunch & the waiter is a hot young single guy. Should I ask him to bartend on my show?”

The busy mom of daughter Bryn also shared a cooking with kids tip: “The way I manage to cook & watch bryn is I get her involved ie: she likes the salad spinner or helping me stir. What do u do?” she wrote.

Hilary Duff

It wasn’t mine, I promise! At least that is the excuse Hilary Duff is using after photographers caught her holding a cigarette outside of Reilly’s Irish Pub in Los Angeles.

“Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea! pretty bummed about the photo.. Sorry guys, looks worst than it is!” she tweeted.

She has never been spotted smoking before, so we are inclined to believe her on this one — and so do her fans.

“You're feeding your baby, [and] even if you smoke, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't do it right now," tweeted one of her followers.

Duff, who gave birth to baby Luca on March 20, also tweeted about the joys of being a mom.

“I should be sleeping but instead I am watching luca break out of his swaddle on the video monitor. so funny...little guy is not giving up,” she wrote.

Although, there are some challenges with taking care of a baby.

“It's pretty much impossible to be on time when you have a baby,” she later tweeted.

Jessica Simpson

“I absolutely LOVE my family! Maxwell amazes Eric and I everyday with every little thing she does!” gushed Jessica Simpson on Twitter.

The fashion mogul also tweeted fashion advice to the gals of Pretty Little Liars.

"The girls in Pretty Little Liars are too cute! I need to send them some @JSCollection goodies because they always look adorable on that show,” she wrote.

Jenny McCarthy

Jenny McCarthy’s new hobby? Writing funny captions for her sleeping son, Evan.

“Evan clearly has a drinking problem,” she tweeted, with a link to a photo of him sleeping on an airplane with what appears to be chocolate all over his face.

“I've been replaced,” she later wrote, with a photo of him sleeping with a giant stuffed animal behind him.

Perhaps she also gave us a clue as to her plans for delivery? “Witnessed a water birth last night with @KhloeKardashian. What an experience! All I can say is WOW!”

Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child, is proud of her little graduate!

“Liam McDermott GRADUATES!!” she tweeted, with a link to an adorable photo of him looking very dapper.

Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her daughter on July 8, but it is quite interesting to note that she has yet to tweet about it! In fact, on the day she gave birth, she wrote some promotional tweets, telling her followers to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians! Perhaps it was prior to giving birth?

She recently posted one tweet in which she said, “Mommy blog!” with a link to a video of her discussing what to pack to take to the hospital for childbirth... but she still didn’t mention her daughter.

What gives?

Luckily, her sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian are spilling some of the dirt.

“Penelope Scotland Disick born on Sunday, July 8,” wrote Kim, with a link to a short paragraph announcing the news.

“Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick!" wrote Kim. "Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect! I am so excited to be an aunt again and can’t wait to spoil little Penelope. I know Mason is going to be the best big brother in the whole world. Congratulations Kourtney and Scott."

Khloe echoed Kim’s thoughts, writing: “Welcome to the world Penelope Scotland Disick!!!” She included a link to a paragraph saying, “she is absolutely perfect!”

Jessica Simpson

After signing a reported $4 million deal with Weight Watchers to lose a rumored 50 pounds of baby weight in just five months, some media outlets are saying that Jessica Simpson is feeling stressed to meet this goal — and understandably so, especially under the ever-constant eye of the media.

Simpson recently took to Twitter to clear up the rumors: “Just so everyone knows... Weight Watchers hasn't put ANY pressure on me! I'm trying to be as healthy as I can be for myself and I feel great!”

It sounds like Simpson has her priorities in order and is enjoying her daughter Maxwell and staying focused on being healthy. Good for you, Jess!

Jada Pinkett Smith

Celebrity moms, including Jada Pinkett Smith, tweeted their support after Usher’s 11-year-old stepson, Kyle Glover, was said to be brain dead after a jet skiing accident. Kyle is the son of Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Foster.

“Our prayers are yours Usher, Tameka & to all those who have put love into your son. Our prayers are with you as well. Be strong,” Jada tweeted.

Usher, who is pictured here with his two sons Naviyd and Usher Raymond V, and Foster were in the middle of a nasty divorce and custody battle over their two sons together when the tragedy occurred with Foster’s son. Usher has been supporting Foster through this time and reportedly wants to settle the custody dispute.

Alyssa Milano

“Penn State leaders showed 'total disregard' for welfare of abuse victims,” tweeted former Charmed star Alyssa Milano with a link to a CNN article on the Joe Paterno and Jerry Sandusky mess.

“Why is @Alyssa_Milano tweeting about ‪#psu‬,” tweeted one of her followers, with the hashtag “why do you know better” and “Fu** Charmed.”

Her response? “As a mom of a baby boy, I think the negligence of ‪#PSU‬ is disgusting and an absolute sin. And I can tweet about whatever I want,” Milano wrote back, in a tweet she has since deleted.

Giuliana Rancic

Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic are expecting their first child via gestational surrogate at the end of August or early September, but despite reports saying the contrary, she tweeted that she will not be missing the birth of her son. Us Weekly had reported that since she will be working the Olympics in London until August 11, she will miss her baby boy being born.

“Headline that i may miss our baby's birth is making me laugh! I come home from London Aug 10, how is that first week of September? “ she tweeted.

“Hey @usweekly. What's up with the made up headline "I may miss my son's birth???" When did I give that quote??? ‪#whatajoke‬ ‪#false” Rancic later tweeted.
